Graduate Administrator opportunity – Redhill, Surrey
NUS Consulting Group is a long-established international energy management consultancy working with large, multi-site Industrial & Commercial clients. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic graduate to join our internal fixed pricing team.
The Role:
In this challenging role, you will learn about the busy and varied nature of the Energy sector. It will provide opportunities for you to interact and grow within a professional business environment. On-the-job training in our systems will be provided.
The position is office-based, so ideally you will live or be within an easy commute of Redhill, Surrey.
Responsibilities – Graduate Fixed Price Administrator Analyst:
You will be an integral part of our fixed pricing team supporting our senior fixed analyst & consultant team. Duties include:
* Assisting with the successful tendering of fixed price supplies (electric, gas & water) through an approved range of suppliers to secure the best overall outcome for clients
* Maintaining client files and keeping supply levels up to date
* Generating and maintaining regular monthly client reports
* Reviewing supplier products
* Monitoring changes within the energy market which may impact pricing
* Providing support to senior team members with upcoming client meetings
* Person specification:
* Strong Maths and Excel skills
* Competence in MS Office – Word skills and the ability to sort, filter, and manipulate data into template reports within Excel
* Coordination – ability to handle the administration of regular client information
* Organised – able to manage large amounts of information & prioritize workflows
* Detail-minded – ability to handle and review detailed information
* Some understanding of the energy/water industry would be of advantage but not essential
