You’ll oversee a high-end food offering catering to discerning guests who expect quality, precision, and attention to detail. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets.
2. Develop and refine menus that reflect the venue’s premium standards.
3. Train, mentor, and motivate a skilled team.
4. Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
5. Manage budgets, GP, and stock effectively.
6. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
What we’re looking for:
7. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury or high-volume venue.
8. Strong leadership and communication skills.
