* Prepare dishes to specification in a clean and safe kitchen environment.
* Ensure all prep and par levels are maintained for each shift.
* Help customers leave satisfied with our great food.

What You Bring:
* Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef aiming for a Head Chef role.
* Proficiency with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills).
* Leadership skills, proactive work ethic, and a commitment to high standards.
* Experience managing KPIs, labor, stock, and food safety.
* Proven success in training and recruiting kitchen staff.
