The Role
As an Associate Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead the commercial delivery of projects from feasibility and cost planning through to final account.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, value, and client satisfaction while helping to drive growth and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead feasibility studies and cost planning from concept to detailed design
* Conduct tender evaluations and support estimating activities
* Oversee procurement, tendering, and pre‑qualification processes
* Manage change control, valuations, and cost reporting
* Review contract integration, support claims, and negotiations
* Apply value engineering to achieve best‑value outcomes
* Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout all project stages
Projects & Sectors
A diverse portfolio ranging from £1m to £20m projects across:
* Education (Universities & Schools)
About You
* 10+ years experience in Quantity Surveying (PQS or Contractor)
* Strong front‑end estimating and cost‑planning capability
* Excellent knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
* Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (RICS preferred)
* Strong and inspiring
