Within this role, you will take a lead role in development projects pertaining to software that's used by our teams of Pension Administrators. This is proprietary software, so rather than tinkering with something that may have been shipped in and installed, you'll be able to operate in a true Business Analyst position; something that we're sure will be greatly appealing to any bonafide BAs out there! How you'll make an impact Identify problems, challenges and inefficiencies within the business using a variety of analytical techniques. Assess the business model, strategy, and integration with available technology to drive or influence business transformation initiatives. Requirements elicitation using a variety of practices including interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops and brainstorming. Analysis, translation and simplification of requirements. Define effective, scalable solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare Business Requirements documents and draft business cases. Manage projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance and providing progress updates to the business. Lead continual improvement reviews of business practice and develop optimisation strategies. About you Experience of leading process changes. Experience of working with various software packages. Experience of workflow management and/or workflow management software.
