Job Overview
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Health Care Support Worker working as part of the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team within Caithness. The base for this post is negotiable between Dunbar Hospital, Thurso and Town & County Hospital, Wick.
Responsibilities and Skills Required
* Work to maintain individuals in their own community.
* Have good communication, personal, time management, and organisational skills.
* Be able to work alone and on one’s own initiative while still being a team player.
* Adaptable, self‑motivated and able to respond to challenges.
* Willing to travel effectively and efficiently.
* Possess a driving licence; a pool car may be available, but applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes if required.
* Full‑time permanent post of 36 hours per week, to be worked in accordance with service requirements.
