What You'll Be Doing
* Leading email strategy for a portfolio of lifestyle, fashion, and travel brands – ensuring campaigns align with broader marketing and revenue goals.
* Creating and presenting channel strategies directly to clients, backed by performance data and customer journey insights.
* Auditing client email accounts (primarily on Klaviyo), identifying performance gaps, compliance issues, and strategic opportunities.
* Building high-performing campaigns and flows using segmentation, personalisation, and automated logic.
* Continually testing, learning, and optimising – from subject lines and send times to content, CTAs, and flow logic.
* Working closely with designers and copywriters to ensure brand-aligned, conversion-friendly creative.
* Tracking performance using tools like Klaviyo analytics, GA4, and client dashboards.
* Keeping on top of email best practices, privacy regulations (including GDPR), and industry innovations.
* Supporting or mentoring junior team members (if relevant), sharing best practices and guidance.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, ideally within an agency or DTC environment.
* Strong working knowledge of
Klaviyo
– including flows, A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.
* Ability to critically assess and audit existing email strategies and recommend improvements.
* Comfortable managing multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities at once.
* Confident presenter who can explain data-driven strategy in a clear, compelling way.
* Strong grasp of data, testing frameworks, and creative optimisation.
* Collaborative team player who can communicate well with clients, designers, and strategists.
* Bonus if you have experience integrating email with SMS or CRM platforms.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a love for process, but not afraid to challenge the norm.
