OTE GBP £42,000.00/Yr. Overview: Business Development Manager - Automotive Parts. Salary: £32,000 Per Annum Basic with Bonus opportunity of £10,000 per annum plus Company Car. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, open to discussion.

Here at Charles Hurst, we are seeking an ambitious and talented Trade Parts Business Development Manager to join our successful team in Belfast. We want someone passionate about the automotive industry with extensive knowledge in parts, either Franchise or After-market.
With direct purchase accounts with over ten Franchise marques plus an established After-market range, we offer a unique portfolio to our customer base. The role involves developing and growing trade parts sales within the Trade Hub area, focusing on building relationships with independent garages, body shops, and fleet sectors, to increase parts sales and ranges purchased.
Key responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, working within sales strategies to increase revenues, supporting the Trade Hub team, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with the Parts Sales and Accessory Manager and Transport Manager to identify growth areas.
Applicants should have prior experience in a similar automotive environment, a proven track record in trade parts sales, and be IT literate, with knowledge of Excel, Word, and ideally CDK/Kerridge. Financial performance monitoring and negotiation skills are essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are required.
