Internal Sales Administrator Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join a busy and supportive sales team at their Manufacturing facility based in Washington. This is a key role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders and enquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of care. What you'll be doing: Delivering excellent customer service to a range of clients Processing and managing customer orders Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Maintaining accurate customer records and pricing agreements Resolving queries and supporting service improvement projects What we're looking for: At least 2 years' experience in customer service or administration (beneficial if within a Manufacturing environment).
