<div><h3>Accounts Assistant (Part Time)</h3><p>Role Overview: We are currently looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Accounts Assistant to work closely with our Finance Team to assist with the smooth running of the Accounts function.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Inputting all Purchase Ledger entries.</li><li>Reconciling Company bank accounts.</li><li>Inputting Company credit card transactions.</li><li>Inputting and reconciling business related expenses.</li><li>Other finance related data input as required.</li><li>Dealing with ad-hoc finance related queries.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Previous purchase ledger and reconciliation experience.</li><li>A good working knowledge of Microsoft products in particular Excel.</li><li>Knowledge of the accounts software such as Xero and Supply Management Software such as Claris Filemaker.</li><li>The ability to show initiative and to be comfortable working on your own but also as a key part of the team, working with others across the company.</li><li>Own transport is vital, although there is a train station around 2 miles away.</li></ul><p>Currently this position would ideally suit someone who is seeking a part-time position of around 20 hours a week.</p><h3>About us</h3><p>Aircraft Restoration Co.
