Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore City Health Care Partnership would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role What you’ll do: • Be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and partner organisations • Manage calls, messages and routine enquiries with care and accuracy • Support daily administration tasks including filing, scanning, data entry and maintaining records • Organise simple tasks such as diary updates, correspondence and event support • Help keep systems, stock and equipment safe, tidy and well maintained What we’re looking for: • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent experience • Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems • Clear, polite communication skills and a calm approach • Ability to plan your workload, work as part of a team and provide great customer service • Willingness to be flexible and support colleagues when needed We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and value fairness, respect and inclusion in everything we do.
