We are excited to offer this Senior Assistant Psychologist position within the Department of Clinical Neuropsychology at the Northern Care Alliance. This role offers both full- and part-time opportunities in neuropsychology outpatient services. You will assist in developing the Neuropsychology services at Salford Royal Hospital and be involved in:
* Assessments, formulations, and interventions for referred patients.
* Maintaining patient databases and supporting audit and service evaluation.
* Supporting clinicians during awake craniotomies and fMRI procedures.
* Co-facilitating group therapies such as anxiety management, lifestyle medicine, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and online psychoeducation courses.

Main duties of the job
* Conducting and scoring neuropsychological assessments for individuals with neurological conditions or brain injuries.
* Supporting assessments and interventions with families and carers.
* Providing direct clinical interventions for behavioral, emotional, or cognitive issues related to neurological conditions, individually or in groups.
* Participating in trans-disciplinary assessment and intervention activities.
* Attending team meetings and representing the neuropsychology service.
* Maintaining accurate records and databases.
* Supporting service evaluation and research activities.
