Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager - Live Events AV, Audio Visual

Location: Tewkesbury

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Discipline: Account Management / Live Events / AV / Technology


About the Role:

As the Account Manager, you will take the lead in nurturing and developing strong relationships with existing clients across the live events and exhibitions sector. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell their AV solutions, supporting repeat business and driving sustainable revenue growth. You’ll work closely with both the sales and operational teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly, helping to maintain our clients reputation as a trusted partner.

Their technical expertise combined with their extensive inventory of AV and IT technologies gives them the unique ability to serve clients across all industries, from their initial event concept through to delivering an exceptional event experience.


Key Responsibilities:

* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored proposals to meet those demands.
* Pitch products and services to existing clients, cross-selling and up-selling where relevant.
* Support the Partnerships Director to achieve set targets and contribute to the company’s overall goals.
* Take accountability for quality control, ensuring the correct equipment specifications are met across all projects, both assigned and ongoing.
* Be flexible with weekend working when required to meet business needs.
* Meet and deliver on all KPIs set for business growth and client satisfaction.


What We’re Looking For:

* A highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
* Proven experience in account management, ideally within the AV Equipment or events industry.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
* A proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A commitment to safety, sustainability, and meeting business goals.
