We advise and coach managers in their management of ER cases, upholding fair and just policies in-line with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice to deliver the best care for our residents.</p><p>This is an office based role however the business are nationally spread and regular travel to Prime Life Homes will be required.</p><h3>What to Expect</h3><ul><li>Management of your own caseload of ER issues using your knowledge in ER and employment law, from receipt of a case through to its conclusion</li><li>Provide HR advice in relation to HR policy, practices & procedures</li></ul><h3>What we are looking for</h3><ul><li>Employee Relations knowledge or keen interest in Employee Relations</li><li>CIPD qualified or a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role</li><li>Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.</li><li>Keen interest in Employment Law.</li><li>Strong understanding of and respect for confidentiality.</li><li>Care Sector experience would be advantageous although not essential</li></ul><h3>Competencies</h3><ul><li>Curious thinker - has an inquisitive mind, researches and asks questions.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Strong case management skills where there are competing priorities</li><li>Well organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team and to work on own initiative.</li><li>Coaching & influencing - uses different approaches and influencing techniques supported by logic, facts and key benefits.</li></ul><h3>Why Prime Life?</h3><p>PrimeLife provides health and social care services through the operation of more than 60 purpose built care homes.
