MS Power Process Analyst
Rapid Automation & Digitisation Team
Join our dynamic RAD team to drive process transformation and expand our Microsoft Power Platform capability. As Discovery Lead, you'll identify automation opportunities, shape best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and automation
* Define and document "as-is" and "to-be" process maps
* Assess impact across Policy, Legal, Compliance, and Systems
* Ensure financial benefits are captured and reflected in budgets
* Manage assurance and sign-off across stakeholders
* Support delivery of automation projects using Agile methodology
* Provide analysis for BAU change requests and support implementation
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in process automation using Microsoft Power Platform
* Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or WCM methodologies (preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Passionate, pragmatic, and results-driven mindset
