Job Purpose
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across all transactional finance activities.
This role will manage the Accounts Payable/Receivable processes, month-end close, cashflow management, VAT compliance and financial controls. The Finance Manager will also oversee the financial control team and work closely with the Director of Finance to enhance processes, systems, and reporting standards as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Control
1. Oversee all daily finance operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and banking.
2. Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
3. Ensure timely and accurate month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
