This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR generalist with strong employee relations experience, who enjoys a hands-on, field-based role and working closely with operational teams. About the Role You will join a collaborative local HR team supporting a workforce of approximately c800 staff. Working closely with managers across services, you will provide expert HR advice and manage a varied ER caseload.
