What you’ll be doing:
* Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
* Personal care will be required.
* Working alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
* Be part of an on‑call system after probation.
* Participate, and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
* Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
* Some admin duties will need to be completed.
* Working within a residential setting with 4 adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.
Who you are:
* Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
* Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
* Experienced.
* Have a level 3 NVQ or are willing to work towards one.
* Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
* Quick learner, hands‑on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
* Willing to be flexible as shift rota can include days and nights, and be part of an on‑call system.
* A driver is essential due to service requirements.
* Females only due to service requirements.
