Connect Academy Trust are looking to appoint an outstanding and highly motivated School Operations Lead to join their team. As part of the Connect Academy Trust, the base school will be Haytor View Community Primary School & Nursery.

The successful candidate will:
1. have previous experience of working in an administrative/business role
2. be confident using MS office applications especially excel and word
3. have experience of problem solving and service improvement
4. be able to manage conflicting priorities, demanding workload and tight deadlines
5. have effective communication, influencing and persuasion skills with evidence of forming working relationships and working flexibly across professional and operational boundaries
6. be self-motivated, resilient and have a sense of humour!
Key responsibilities will include:
7. Co-ordinating the recruitment processes for the school following the Trust policies and procedures
8. Maintaining school personnel records in the Trust HR system including issuing of employment contracts, variations to contracts and starters and leavers
9. Developing and maintaining effective administration systems and procedures and oversee the School offices
10. Being the key liaison between the Trust Shared Services team and the School, and a key contact for staff within the School.
