Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Deputy Manager role in a well-established children's residential home. This position is ideal for an experienced professional ready to support the Registered Manager in leading a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day operations and deputise for the Registered Manager when required
* Lead and develop staff to maintain a positive, high-performing team
* Monitor care plans, ensuring they meet individual needs and regulatory standards
* Promote best practices in safeguarding, behaviour support, and emotional wellbeing
* Handle staffing rotas, budget planning, and team performance
What we\'re looking for
* NVQ Level 3 in Children\'s Residential (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations
* Excellent communication and people-management skills
* Compassion, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting children
