We’re working with an alcoholic drinks brand which was born out of a passion for the London bar scene, led by two Co-Founders who know their stuff! This brand is lifestyle-first, disruptive, flavour-led made with real fruit, making quality cocktails available to all whilst challenging perceptions.
The brand is awesome, and so are the people who created it, as well as the team they’re building! One of the Founders is a well known personality in the industry and has been there and done in when it comes to running bars, knowing what works and what doesn’t. They have such a vision for the brand, it’s hard not to get caught up in the passion, belief and journey they’re going on. Over the last few years they’ve opened up doors not just across the UK but globally and these are major doors across both Grocery Retail, Premium High Street Retail and the On-Trade.
They mean business! It tastes good and that coupled with their ambition equates to great things to come. They’re based in London and have a team dotted around the UK so this opportunity is also a hybrid one. Ideally you’ll be based in the Midlands/ South and able to get into London once a week.
So, what’s the opportunity then?
Given the expansion they’re going through and structure they’re putting in place, these guys are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to lead on their Grocery Retail business reporting to the Commercial Director to align on strategy. In short you’ll be:
* Managing and developing relationships across Top 4 UK Grocery.
* Developing and delivering on JBPs.
* Top and bottom P&L management.
* Developing and executing strategy for further new business wins.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced National Account Manager either looking for a step up to a SNAM ready to take on a bigger opportunity or perhaps just keen to embark on a new challenge with a brand which offers flexibility, a team spirited environment, a real sense of belonging, a vision you can get behind… I mean I could go on!
You will also:
* Hold Top 4 Grocery Retail experience (preferably within the BWS industry but this is not an essential).
* Be strategic in mindset yet eager to get stuck into the ‘day to day’, able to, and willing to do the execution too.
* Be a self-starter who is driven by results, resilient and proactive.
* Be able to adapt your approach, able to operate in a growing business where not every process is in place yet!
