As Home Manager, you will take the lead in shaping the home's culture, developing a motivated and engaged team, and ensuring residents experience the highest standards of dignity, safety and wellbeing. You will have the autonomy to influence practice, strengthen performance and embed a positive working environment where staff feel supported and valued.
We are seeking a confident leader with proven experience managing an elderly care home, ideally within a high‑quality or luxury setting.
