The Role
* You will work alongside experienced partners and colleagues on a broad mix of banking and finance matters, including:
* Leveraged and acquisition finance
* Real estate finance
* General corporate lending
* Sponsor-backed transactions
* Borrower and lender-side mandates
* You will also have the chance to work on cross-border deals and develop strong relationships with a wide range of clients – from major financial institutions to high-growth corporates and private equity houses.

* Strong background in banking and finance law
* Experience gained at a recognised commercial law firm Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
