The Opportunity
Responsibilities
* Account Growth (70%): Manage and grow client accounts; build senior relationships; ensure retention, renewals, upsell.
* New Business (30%): Hunt for new logos; build pipeline, pitch, shape proposals; navigate procurement and long cycles.
Targets: Growth and retention targets.
Ideal Profile
* Proven record in six-figure transformational deals
* Balanced hunter/farmer mindset
* Strong commercial and strategic selling skills
