As a IT Project Manager you will support the delivery of IT and Operational Technology (OT) projects, keeping everything running smoothly, on budget, and aligned to agreed goals. You’ll work closely with teams to make sure each project supports the wider Weetabix strategy and IT/OT Roadmap, follows Project Management Office (PMO) governance, and delivers real, lasting benefits that make a difference. The Recipe (About the Role) Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within the agreed scope Work with IT and business teams to support smooth implementation, handover, and change acceptance Provide clear reporting to the IT PMO ensuring governance standards are met with OT Programme Manager.
