A forward-thinking primary school in Aston is looking for a Senior Inclusion Worker to take on a key support role within their inclusion team. This full-time, long-term position offers the chance to work closely with pupils with a range of complex needs including Autism, Non-Verbal communication, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health challenges. This is a hands-on role where you'll not only support pupils directly, but also provide guidance to other support staff, help coordinate provision, and liaise closely with the SENCO and external agencies. For the right candidate, there is potential for this opportunity to become a permanent position.
