FLT Counterbalance Driver – Sheffield (Driving Licence Required)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Sheffield (S6).

Shifts:
• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 15:30 & Friday: 07:30 – 14:30
Rates of Pay:
• £12.50 - £13.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a FLT Counterbalance Driver will be:
• Operating a Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently
• Conducting pre-use inspections and reporting any defects to management
• Receiving and unpacking goods into the warehouse
• Stowing pallets and organising stock for deliveries
• Moving goods around the warehouse as required
• Checking the quantity and quality (visual) of incoming and outgoing goods
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
The skills required as a FLT Counterbalance Driver are:
• Valid Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Valid UK Driving Licence (required for site access and duties)
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Truck
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organised
• Flexible approach to additional warehouse tasks
Desirable Experience:
• Previous experience working within a busy warehouse environment
Training:
• Full on-site training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
