Job Description:
Protecting Operational Imperatives (POI) is a strategic priority for delivering our Digitization at Scale ambition and Petcare 2030 OGSM. POI ensures our business is secure, compliant, resilient, and efficient through programs including BCM & Resiliency, Information Security, Data Privacy (managed by GDO), Digital Operations through GDO, and Mergers & Acquisitions Digital Integration and Collaboration.
The Enterprise Risk Analyst will identify, analyze, assess, and provide risk insights and emerging trends across the Petcare Ecosystem. They will deliver actionable insights to various audiences, including Division and Petcare Leadership teams, via the POI organization.
This role involves close collaboration with the Petcare Enterprise Risk Senior Manager and BCM & Resiliency teams to identify and assess risks to normal operations. Responsibilities include building risk reports, supporting risk management toolkits, and creating clear communication and visualization reports.
What are we looking for?
Education/Professional Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
* Strong data analytics skills and experience managing complex data sets.
* Experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
* Risk management experience is preferred.
Knowledge/Experience
* Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing environment.
* Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Strong relationship-building skills, including with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to communicate complex data clearly to diverse audiences, including Senior Leadership.
* Experience working with global teams and remote collaboration.
* Self-management skills for workload and time management.
* Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and upload BCM & Resiliency risk assessments, ensuring data accuracy across units.
* Design and prepare risk reports with actionable insights and visualizations for leadership.
* Analyze risk data to identify trends and potential impacts.
* Assist in developing and testing digital risk management tools.
* Review risk controls, facilitate sharing of best practices, and develop mitigation plans.
* Use data to identify critical focus areas for future assessments.
* Develop and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other metrics.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Collaborate across teams to identify emerging risks and incorporate insights into reports.
* Integrate grass roots risk data with Petcare-level data to find relationships and insights.
