Training Manager - Warrington and Crewe
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our training team as a Training Manager. The role involves providing training to new and existing care staff to ensure they deliver quality care in the community.
This position is based at our Warrington office, with travel required to several of our offices around the North West of England. More details can be provided at the interview stage.

We provide fully trained and experienced care staff to support our customers in their homes. All carers undergo a rigorous selection process, demonstrating high moral standards and the ability to care professionally and compassionately.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Ensuring our training is relevant and meets CIW requirements.
2. Reviewing and liaising with the Compliance team to ensure high standards of training.
3. Supporting the Care team with additional training as needed.
4. Sourcing learning opportunities.
5. Delivering in-house induction to new and existing care staff in line with CIW standards.
6. Developing appropriate teaching styles and delivery methods to meet learners' needs.
7. Training both theoretical and practical components of the training program.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
* Understanding of CQC requirements.
* Experience in a training role.
* Experience in Health & Social Care.
* Full UK driver's license and access to own vehicle.
* Willingness to travel across multiple branches.
Preferred:
* Level 3 or 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
* Experience in home/domiciliary care.
