Including a bonus each month which can take you up to - £34,500 per annum As a Store Manager, you will lead by example and give your team all the encouragement and training they require. You will motivate them to provide an excellent customer experience, ensuring that they build great customer relationships. You'll lead the way by driving your team's performance and being focused on maximising sales.
