Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for motivated, compassionate SEN Youth Workers to join our team and work full-time across mainstream secondary schools in Liverpool and the Wirral.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting students with SEN (including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more) in and out of the classroom
* Helping young people engage with their learning and develop key life skills
* Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to implement support strategies
* Being a mentor, a motivator, and a role model every single day
About You:
* Any experience working with young people (schools, youth clubs, care work, coaching, etc.)
* Empathetic, resilient, and ready to rise to any challenge
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Looking to grow a career in education, youth work, or special needs support
* DBS on the update service (or happy to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
