A client within the Public Sector based in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a strategic HR and transformation environment.
The Role
Key purpose of the role is to partner with senior leaders to deliver the Council’s HR and workforce agenda, leading on organisational change, workforce planning and strategic people initiatives aligned to the Council Plan.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Providing strategic workforce advice to senior management teams across multiple services
• Leading workforce planning, transformation and change programmes
• Commissioning and coordinating HR services across advisory, OD and operations teams
• Using workforce data and insights to shape organisational decisions
• Representing the Council in system-wide partnerships and workforce initiatives
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require a CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent qualification) and extensive experience of HR business partnering within a large, complex organisation.
The below skills would be beneficial for the role:
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience leading organisational change and workforce strategy
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into tangible people outcomes
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £24 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £21.10 per hour PAYE).
