What You’ll Do
* Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory, stock audits, banking, and compliance to ensure smooth store operations
* Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts to achieve outstanding results
* Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain a customer-first culture to ensure every visitor enjoys an unforgettable shopping experience
* Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store to a high standard, leading seasonal promotions and campaigns
* Sales Strategies: Analyse performance data and implement initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets
