Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well established and highly regarded Public Sector organisation to recruit a Strategic Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. 1. The role will be responsible for leading a customer-focussed, value adding business partnering team
2. Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across key service areas, at a strategic level
3. Demonstrate understanding of a specialist area of expertise to these senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
4. Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the Authority is able to deliver its strategic priorities
5. Identifying and driving service improvements and efficiencies
The person;
6. CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent
7. Proven business partnering approach
8. Experience within the Public Sector
