We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Admin & Logistics Coordinator to join a well-established international business on a maternity cover contract.
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work within a busy and supportive team environment, coordinating logistics, administration, and customer support activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating shipments, deliveries and logistics administration
Managing customer and supplier communications
Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
Supporting internal teams with general administration duties
Handling documentation, invoicing and stock-related queries
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous administration and/or logistics experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office systems
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
Professional, reliable and team-oriented approach
