Major Players are working with a globally recognised restaurant group who are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Project Executive.

In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting creative research, generating innovative ideas, developing creative concepts, and bringing them to life. You will also ensure the highest quality output from the creative team by assessing briefs, defining requirements, managing workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of print assets.


Responsibilities:

* Manage updates to print materials, ensuring accurate content collation and implementation across various assets.
* Collaborate with third-party suppliers, such as artists, signwriters, and photographers, to facilitate and brief their work.
* Proactively work with local marketing teams to ensure creative standards are consistently first-class across print assets and collateral, acting as the point of contact for ad-hoc creative briefs from different teams.
* Support the sourcing and management of artwork and materials for new and existing projects.
* Support the day-to-day project management and delivery of all creative assets to agreed plans and timelines across Store, Delivery, and Events.
* Control traffic and resources on campaign projects by liaising with the wider team to ensure the timely delivery of all assets, adhering to scope and budget.
* Act as the contact for creative and content briefs, ensuring each brief is robust for the creative team and providing feedback throughout the execution phase.
* Oversee workflow, project priorities, quality control, production, quotes, and delivery of all printed resources.
* Manage, maintain, and communicate production schedules and deadlines to the creative and wider marketing team, facilitating a clear understanding of project timelines and status.
* Manage creative budgets, ensuring they are tracked effectively.

Ideal candidate:

* 2-3 years of experience in a project management/ marketing/ creative role.
* Highly organised, capable of juggling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Understands project priorities and can schedule them accordingly.
* Driven, proactive, and a problem solver who creatively navigates challenges to achieve the best outcomes.
* An excellent communicator and collaborator across all levels of the business.
* Knowledgeable and comfortable with all aspects of the creative process and output.
* Detail-focused, with a keen eye for spotting typos and an affinity for proofreading.
* An idea generator who gets excited brainstorming creative.
