Honey Process Operative with FLT Licence
Rotating 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable team players to join our Honey Process Team — the vital first step in ensuring every drop of Rowse Honey meets our high standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Honey Process Team, you’ll:
* Ensure Health & safety is always maintained, Keep a high standard of GMP in all areas.
* Pick batches of honey from recipes issued and load them into the cabinets.
* Ensure that all the honey is loaded into the cabinets and pumped as per the pump plan.
* Follow the standard operating procedures, work instructions and escalation processes for raw materials and component parts with regards to quality defects.
* Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards maximising GMP standards within all areas.
* Always wear correct protective clothing and equipment.
* Own and make recommendations for continuous improvement within the department.
* To carry out any other reasonable supervisory or managerial request.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who brings:
* Forklift licence (Counterbalance, grabs trained)
* Numeracy/data accuracy
* Good awareness of allergens in line with HACCP risk assessments.
* Inter-personnel skills, liaising with internal and external teams.
* Detail oriented.
* Prioritising
* Communication Skills – written and verbal.
* Decision making
* Ability to react effectively to short notice change, integrating the needs of all departments.
