Booking Support Administrator
Glasgow City Centre – Salary £24,250 plus access to a performance based bonus

The Role
As a Booking Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating survey appointments and ensuring our surveyors’ diaries run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll act as a crucial link between customers and our team, providing exceptional administrative and scheduling support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inputting survey or retrofit instructions from various clients
Coordinating and managing daily surveyor diaries and appointments
Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and fax communications
Engaging directly with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll be an organised multitasker with excellent communication and logistical skills.
You will ideally have:
Experience working in a busy office environment with strong teamwork and multitasking demands
Previous customer-facing or support role experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence on the phone and via email
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
A proactive, flexible approach and a strong work ethic
