An exciting role has been created at a fast growing FTSE 100 business for a Group Tax Manager to further expand the team. Working closely with the Head of Tax, youll manage international tax planning, transfer pricing, M&A due diligence, and the implementation of new regulations like Pillar 2. Specific responsibilities include: Conduct or oversee tax due diligence for acquisitions, partnering with external advisors as needed Develop and maintain global transfer pricing policies and governance in partnership with external advisors Ensure compliance with Country by Country Reporting and implementing Public CbCR Oversee Pillar 2 readiness and implementation across jurisdictions This is broad and varied role that would suit someone with strong international tax experience.
