* On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year

What do you need to be good at?
* Engaging with people from all walks of life, holding conversations to establish their needs and wants, and communicating effectively through email, phone, face‑to‑face and video for our social channels
* Mastering multitasking and excelling at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
* Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalize on all opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained
* Collaborating with your peers within the branch to build relationships to assist in identifying opportunities for referrals
* Taking accountability for your KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships
* Having a strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximize your reach
Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
* Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in‑branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment
* Follow up on in‑branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client
* Generate your own leads and business
* Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client
* Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service
Working Hours
* This role is full‑time office based
* Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00
* Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00
* Day off in lieu when working a Saturday
Essential qualifications and requirements
* Current CeMAP qualification or an industry‑equivalent qualification
* Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising (essential)
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
* Evidence of right to work in the UK, in the form of:
o Passport or Birth Certificate
o Proof of Address
o National Insurance
o Full UK Driving Licence
* Subject to passing probationary period
