A market leader, interesting brand and a business that has recently gone through some exciting change. They are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis to support one of their business units with a headcount of c2500 employees.
The Role
You will bring your previous experience in a HR Business Partner role within a similar industry (manufacturing and production) and partner closely with the business to provide seamless HR support.
Your responsibilities:
1. Partner with senior key stake holders (MD's and SLT) across the sites UK wide, leading all HR initiatives
2. You will work as part of the HR Business Partnering team to establish a people focussed and adaptable people strategy and deliver projects based on the priorities.
3. Management of all workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, L&D and reward frameworks - a truly generalist approach.
