Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Birmingham private client practice.
* Build and manage a high‑performing team.
* Develop and maintain client relationships in the Midlands private‑wealth landscape.
* Handle complex international private‑wealth matters.
Qualifications
* Private Client Solicitor/Partner with at least 8 years’ PQE.
* Strong network and client following in the Midlands.
* Experience handling international private‑wealth matters.
* Proven leadership and team‑building skills.
* STEP membership preferred.
* Commercially driven, collaborative, and client‑focused.
