Customer Success / Account Manager
. This role is key in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients
* Generate leads for new products within the existing customer base
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and keep information up to date
* Provide sales administration support as required
