Marketing Manager (12-Month Contract)

We are looking for an
Marketing Manager
to join the marketing team on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Category Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for both strategy and execution at category and brand level, supporting business performance across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate category strategies into brand and execution plans that deliver results.
* Lead the rollout of UK & Ireland marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.
* Develop and manage omnichannel and traditional marketing activities, with digital at the core.
* Define brand objectives, track performance, and adapt plans based on outcomes.
* Partner with sales teams, agencies, and cross-functional colleagues to deliver effective campaigns.
* Act as Promotional Materials Owner, ensuring compliance with approval processes.
* Manage operational expenditure and contribute to forecasting for responsible brands.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
* Degree in life sciences, business, or marketing (MBA/professional qualification desirable).
* 1–3 years' experience in marketing.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
* Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working cross-functionally and with external partners.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver results and take accountability.
