This role requires enabling service users to regain or maintain independence, promoting a 'doing with' approach, and delivering person-centred care in line with best practice.

Rate: £36 per hour
Requirements:
HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
Relevant experience in adult social care, reablement, or community therapy
