A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Resettlement Team for a Project Officer (Service Improvement) to assist in the development and monitoring of information systems to support continuous improvement across the team.
You will be responsible for obtaining and analysing performance data using internal and external management information systems against the Home Office Indicators of Integration. You will prepare reports and updates, as required by managers and funders, including details on performance indicators, trends and the outcomes achieved by families and young people supported by the Resettlement Team.
An enthusiastic and motivated individual, you should be educated to HNC level or equivalent (SCQF Level 7) in a relevant discipline along with extended experience in a service improvement environment. You must have experience of analysing and reporting data using spreadsheets and databases and practical experience of management information systems. Good communication skills are essential as is the ability to work on your own initiative.

Work pattern:
35 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 08:45 to 16:45.
This is a temporary position until 31/03/.
