We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring Teaching Assistant to work at Independent Chesham House School in Bury, Greater Manchester.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Supervise and support students both in the classroom and in community settings.
* Assist teachers in planning learning activities.
* Build positive relationships with staff and students.
* Encourage and motivate students to learn and develop.
* Communicate effectively, clarifying instructions clearly.
* Support students in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis.
* Help students participate in learning activities, considering their specific needs.
* Produce accurate and timely reports and records.
* Support students in accessing the national curriculum, including literacy and numeracy development.
