The Strategic Programme Manager leads and coordinates a multi-year transformation programme portfolio across the organisation. The role ensures that all change initiatives are aligned to strategic goals, that interdependencies are understood and managed, and that delivery stays on track. Working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners, the Programme Manager enables effective decision-making and ensures the programme progresses smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership & Planning
* Own and develop the organisation’s three-year transformation roadmap.
* Maintain a holistic view of all change activities, highlighting interdependencies and critical pathways.
* Run cross-programme governance sessions with clear communication, structured decision-making, and effective escalation routes.
Performance Tracking & Risk Management
* Track delivery against milestones and KPIs, ensuring issues are surfaced early.
* Maintain the programme risk log, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
* Provide clear reporting on progress, performance trends, and potential bottlenecks.
Executive Support & Reporting
* Prepare high-quality update materials and decision papers for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
* Present concise, data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Resource & Stakeholder Management
* Allocate TMO resources across initiatives and recommend external support where appropriate.
* Lead the development of recommendations for initiatives requiring senior-level approval, engaging internal and external experts as needed.
* Support wider organisational efficiency efforts, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives.
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering transformation programmes in Tier 1 Consulting or corporate environments, ideally multiyear or large-scale change initiatives.
* Experience working in international market (e.g., Nordics, Ireland, Singapore, Australia).
* Understanding of sectors involving operational field work or unionised environments.
* Broad consulting skillset including analytical problem-solving, structured thinking, executive communication, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills.
