Engineering Manager
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team within a dynamic and fast-paced production environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement across site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the engineering function to provide efficient, cost-effective support across production and plant infrastructure.
2. Manage the departmental budget with a focus on cost efficiency, value creation, and strategic resource planning.
3. Contribute to long-term planning in areas such as labour strategy, energy consumption, and capital equipment upgrades.
4. Champion development opportunities for the engineering team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing technical mentorship.
5. Take ownership of full lifecycle CAPEX and infrastructure project delivery-ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally to embed a strong culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
