The role As the UK Managing Director for Health, you will lead the development of our value proposition and global go-to-market strategy for the UK Health Market Unit. You will be accountable for the unit’s P&L, collaborating with a talented team of client directors, consultants, and business developers to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts. You’ll ensure we deliver exceptional value to our clients by defining effective account structures and maintaining strong communication with executive sponsors in client organizations. As a member of the global Health leadership team, you’ll work across regions to grow multinational accounts and contribute to the overall success of the Health Market Unit. Your leadership will extend beyond the UK, shaping strategy, fostering collaboration, and driving business growth across the Zühlke Group. What’s Important To Us Senior leadership experience within professional services with a focus on the Health sector (medtech, pharma, or hospitals) with a robust professional network is a must. Proven track record of driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and achieving financial targets. Strong client advisory skills and the ability to navigate complex, C-level relationships. Expertise in market analysis, business development, and global account management. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
